Welcome to FutureReady U™. We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. The following refund policy applies to all coaching and consulting services, classes, online digital materials, and any other products or services created by or supported by FutureReady U™.

College Application Bootcamp - 14-Day Risk-Free Guarantee

We want families to feel confident investing in their future. For this reason, the College Application Bootcamp includes a 14-day risk-free return policy under the following conditions:

Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

  • You are not satisfied with the program and
  • You have completed no more than two (2) modules of the course.

This policy is designed to allow you to explore the program and its materials without risk while protecting the integrity of our intellectual property.

Refund Process
To request a refund, email maisie@futureready-u.com with your order information. Once verified, refunds will be reviewed and processed within 3 business days.

Coaching and Consulting Services

Cancellation Policy
Appointments for coaching or consulting services must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service fee.

Refund Eligibility Refunds for coaching and consulting services are available only if:

  • The client cancels the service at least 24 hours before the scheduled time;
  • The service is canceled by us for any reason;
  • The client is dissatisfied with the service received and submits a complaint within 24 hours of the session. In these cases, we reserve the right to determine an appropriate response, which may include a partial or full refund, or an additional coaching session at no charge or reduced charge.

Online Digital Materials

Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital materials, refunds are generally not offered. Exceptions may be made in cases of:

  • Technical issues rendering the material unusable;
  • Accidental duplicate purchases;
  • Verified instances where nothing has been downloaded or viewed.

Request Period
Refund requests for digital materials must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

General Terms

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if there is evidence of fraud, misuse, or deception.
